Inte för ljudtryckskapacitet då (inte så viktigt för mig), utan bättre rumsanpassning, mindre stående vågor/utsläckningar, mindre distorsion.





Jag skulle gärna ta en titt på de två stoooora basarnas småsignalparametrar.

Ganska perfekta parametrar för en dipolsub i alla fall!

urrk såna skulle jag kunna tänka mig om jag fick dom!
Ett par gradietnbasar flyttar dock mer än dubbelt så mycket luft... som jämförelse alltså.

Finska firman Gradien bygger dipolhögtalare. Ex.vis "Revolution"
Och de bygger även dipolsubbar till Quad ESL 63
De använder två Peerless 12" basar med x.max 11mm. i både subben och i Revolution.
