Jag tänkte bygga ett par högtalare inom en ganska nära framtid, det ska då bli ett par sådana här http://www.hififorum.nu/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=40179
Men jag undrar, var i Umeå kan man köpa bra trä till dessa? Vilka bra och relativt billiga trätyper finns det? och är dom bra på kapa här i Umeå?

Har du tillgång till maskiner så är björk snygt. Annars rekomenderar jag limträ (typ bänk skiva) om du vill ha i rent trä. Smidigast är annars MDF som du sedan fanerar.

Ok låter utmärkt det där, är inte faner dyrt?
Kanske man skulle ha tagit en titt på bänkskivor.
