Formed in 1998 by Grant Lyle, Brotherhood combines a mix of excellent and seasoned musicianship with youthful energy and enthusiasm.
The band's second recording "It's Worth It", released in February 2001, was co-produced by Bob Doidge (Johnny Cash, U2, Holly Cole) of Grant Avenue Studios. This album has the warm sound of a live recording and makes you feel as though you were in the room with the band. The four cover songs used on the CD have been treated with great respect but have emerged very much as Brotherhood's "own". The six original compositions are fresh and showcase the combined talents of the band members.

A native of East St. Louis, Alvin Jett has been entertaining audiences throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area for twenty-five years. Although Jett came from a musical family, he didn't seriously start playing guitar until he was 20 years old. Jett quickly learned the rudiments, and received his formal blues education playing with Tommy Bankhead & the Blues Eldorados honing his skills into his own fiery brand of hard driving St. Louis blues.
The Phat noiZ Blues Band is Jett’s means for delivering to the audience his brand of in-your-face, hard driving blues. The band performs its own unique style of original blues music as well as blues, R&B and rock standards. Currently operating as a four-piece, the Phat noiZ Blues Band consists of Alvin Jett on guitar and vocals, Frank Bauer on saxophone and background vocals, Jeremy West on drums and Matt Davis on bass and background vocals.

The Rico Blues Combo is the natural result of a journey taken in the late '70s by Riccardo Migliarini, on the musical path of the Blues. Riccardo, nicknamed "Rico" for his Mexican looks, is one of the best known blues players in central Italy. In 1985, he meets Maurizio Pugno, one of the best and original guitar player in Italy.
Their love child is named the 1/2 Blues Band, and they set themselves to measuring up to the repertoire of urban Chicago blues.
From 1986, and for roughly ten years, Rico and Pugno gain important experience by playing in the Wolves Blues Band, a blues and R&B band with a solid and tight horn section. "Last Nite" recorded on 1993 for the Egea label is the most important work and it was well received by critics, and got excellent reviews in music magazines.
Towards the end of 1995, " Rico " and the "Maestro" play acoustic blues in duo on the Italian circuit. This is a return to the roots, if you will: a rediscovery of origins. It turns out to be an act of regeneration, a last minute act of packing for a new voyage, a new adventure.
