Murray Grant 3000 Days

Contemporary instrumental music combining modern and ethnic, acoustic and electronic instruments, rhythmic, cinematic, visual

Murray Grant has been involved in several bands in Vancouver, as well as performing in a variety of musical theatre and concert productions. The two original bands of note were Drama and Nine.
Drama was an all original progressive rock band which were performed in concert style settings. The band eventually dissolved after a long and fruitless search for a lead vocalist. The time spent with Drama was very significant in Grant’s development as a writer. He learned the concepts of themes and arranging, and how to develop his compositional ideas more thoroughly. Following the break up of Drama, Grant purchased some recording equipment and synthesizers. He recorded all the songs he had written with the group, as well as new material.

The Blue Wrinkle

Guitar Trio with Jazz, Rock, R&B and Funk influences

Tony Pulizzi is currently one of the busiest, sought after guitar

many artists, Pulizzi needs a variety of contexts to express the full range of
his musical vision. Pulizzi has gained great notoriety and acclaim as guitarist
on the jazz/ R & B/ gospel scene but you can still catch him playing a
progressive rock gig with his own band Heritage Drive at the Hard Rock Cafe

Yvonne Monnett
Thanks For The Memory

Yvonne sings with a sparkling intimacy, buoyed by a swinging confidence and her own artful accompaniment on piano.

Born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Yvonne was surrounded by music from birth. Her father, a professional pianist and band leader, and her mother, a vocalist, both influenced Yvonne in her early years; but her tutelage at age five was left to her grandmother, a fine concert pianist, who performed on both the concert stage and on radio.

ROBERTA DONNAY
WHAT'S YOUR STORY

JAZZ Vocal w/Eric Reed on piano, Dave Ellis on tenor, Gerald Cannon on bass, Mark Taylor on drums. Produced by legendary jazz producer Orrin Keepnews.

Ms. Donnay’s new CD called, What’s Your Story. The compact disc includes sultry and spirited renditions of material identified with such classic singers as Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington and Ray Charles.

Vocalist, Roberta Donnay, and tenor sax virtuoso, Dave Ellis, are two of the San Francisco Bay Area's most highly regarded young jazz talents. Both are protégés of what is surely one of the Bay Area's most impressive local jazz legends. That would be Orrin Keepnews, still an aggressive producer after fifty years on the job.

Sasha Mercedes and Marky Baby
6-Track Sessions

Sasha Mercedes releases her third, and in her opinion, strongest collection of songs. More poignant than the first two albums, more introspective and dealing with difficult issues like alcohol abuse, sexuality and suicide among other things.

AYME
WONDERLAND

Take a rock 'n roll-ercoaster ride through Wonderland with a Jewel-like storyteller on a journey that begins with goodbye. Pop/rock with an Alanis groove.

you ask anyone who has ever met Ayme, they will tell you that she has captivating energy and profound depth, partnered with an endearing sense of humor. She digs beneath the surface with her music. There is a serious undertone to Ayme's caring lyrics but her music can also make audiences laugh because of its candidness. "I refuse to just be a singer up on a stage", she says, "I connect with my audiences. It’s about moving people."
