Var handlar man ett sortiment BRA 1/2W metallfilmsmotstånd?
Är kinesernas nytillvetkade Holco något att ha? Eller är ELFAs lika bra?
En sortimentförpackning är smidigast så man slipper köpa motstånden ett och ett.
Nos Holco är mycket svåra att få tag på.

I Holco NOS är samtliga metalldelar tillverkade av förtent koppar
Därför är de ömtåliga (mjuka) om de bockas utan mothåll

Jag har fått lära mig att i konstruktioner där brus kan vara avgörande så skall man alltid avlasta motståndskroppen (end-capsen) med en tång när benen skal bockas. minsta brytning mellan end caps och komponentkroppen skapar sprickbildning, som ökar bruset

Tyvärr så ser man ofta komponenter behandlas som en kabelstump, som först lindas runt ett lödstöd med komponentkroppen som "handtag" för att sedan lödas

Det finns ett helt gäng märken på motstånd som anses bra.

Vishay
Rikenohm
Kiwame
TKD
Takman

Går det att få tag på ett sortiment till ett vettigt pris?

Visst det går ju att experimentera med standardmotstånd och sedan byta ut dem mot bättre motstånd. Men man riskerar att löda sönder kretskort och det brukar sluta med att det inte ser lika snyggt ut som det gjorde från början.
Sedan är det svårt att börja riva i något som fungerar. Brukar sluta med att det som sitter där får stanna. Så ett litet sortiment med helt ok motstånd vore bra att ha.

Unika motstånd kan ju vara motiverat på vissa specifika platser
Torkade Allen Bradley är ju en klassiker (i rörkopplingar), men skall undvikas långt ner i signalkedjan pga högt brus

Men det vassaste är nog annars bulk-film

Den stora besparingen är nog om man kan går förbi "fina gatan" (hifiledet) och direkt mot tillverkaren
Det har ju t.ex varit mycket snack om att Audio Notes tantalium-resistorer i själva verket var från Shinkohs sortiment
AN själva påstår att man har sin egen specade etsningsprocess..
