Jag letar efter en drivtransistor vilka ska användas främst driver ljudförstärkare.
Transistorn som kommer att ersättas är BD419/420 vilket innebär att min frågan gäller komplementärer.

Min önskelista:

VCEO 120V min
NPN / PNP komplementär
HFE 80/300
Ic 1A
Ft 75/350
Pd 10W @ 25grC
TO-202AC mostv
pinut EBC

Kollade lite, men prova parametersökning på t.ex. ELFA eller Farnell.
