Har någon erfarenhet av att ljudisolera ett lyssnarrum -vardagsrum-( för att inte störa grannarna) i en fastighet fr 1900-talets början, ca 3,40 m i takhöjd, ca 25 kvm, vån 4 av 5? Rummet är i fil med matsal och sovrum.
