Om jag har ett rör med Led bias,och ska ha säg 20mA genom röret,ska jag då räkan med strömmen för Lysdioden också (20+10mA=30mA)eller?

Nej. Lika stor ström (samma ström) går genom lysdioden som röret.
Kan inte detaljerna om hur man beräknar strömmen beroende på LED-typ.
