BREAKING NEWS: ....NEW "LIVE" CD COMING THIS SUMMER! read below how you can receive your "first day" release copy.
"MORE THAN READY": Steve Copeland and Raging Sun, recently voted "Southern California's Best LIVE Blues Band" returns with their latest CD...MORE THAN READY. This is a CD that works on all levels and will have you hitting the repeat button over and over again. From the first bars of "Everybody Gets The Blues," Steve Copeland's blues stained voice is front and center on this gem as the band takes you on a tight Chicago style, mid-tempo groove. "Swing Time" lets the boys stretch out to showcase the strong instrumental side of the band, as River Blue digs deep for some explosive harp and Terry "the Count" Medeiros unleashes some brilliant guitar fretwork throughout this up tempo swing tune. Like any good blues band, versatility is key and "Don't Tell Me Why" mesh some riveting soulful vocals and instrumental interplay into an R&B based ballad about the heartache of a lost love. On "She's In The Groove" they kick it in for a fast paced Texas style boogie, a roller coaster ride that smokes from end to end. The band is as tight as a miser and full of great solos that incorporates River's downhome harp and Terry's razor sharp guitar.
