Casey Cyr - Phantom Moon
Casey's music has a minor-keyed mountain resonance that travels faster than light into heart and soul. her songs are lament and celebration. They are joy incarnate. listen.” - Ron Whitehead, writer and publisher. Check out this now rare undergrou
Quite simply, Casey's work is breathtaking. Her CD is hypnotic and flowing. The generally slow-tempo tunes, showcase Casey's whisper-soft, low, sensual vocals, occasionally dropping to a gritty moan. Her voice is languid, inviting and warm - Phantom Moon and Summer of Love are two perfect examples. Shiva with its wonderful coffeehouse beat, is stark and haunting. The lyrics and vocal quality, along with the engineering, make this one great CD! - Les Reynolds, Indie-Music.com
I've been singing your praises so many places in the last two months that if I were normal I'd have laryngitis, but since I'm not, I feel GREAT!!! - David Amram, composer
I was floored by your CD. IT grew and grew on me, and I soon realized that you have a true gift. You have a unique sound, indentifiable. Not many people have that! Many can recreate, but not truly create, so god bless you, and you have my deepest repect. - Kevin Twigg, musician

Dakota Suite Signal Hill
NME gave Signal Hill an "8 out of 10." Melody Maker praised them with 4 Stars!
"Dakota Suite's singer Chris Hooson is very, very sad indeed, and it sounds magnificent.
Employing cellos, violins and the ever-trustworthy harmonium, Dakota Suite offer their bruised and battered heart to us, with painstakingly gorgeous, lush and brooding rock".
Co-produced by bandmate Richard Formby (Spacemen 3, Sonic Boom).

The Franc Graham Band sugar tree
Groovy low down sound. “Graham's voice evokes PJ Harvey without mimicry... showcased nicely amongst the turntables, B-3's and clavinetsâ#128;¦It'll sweep you up like the fall wind.” - The Weekly Dig .
Electric poetry ...rock with emotion." -Ink 19
Franc Graham Band is difficult to categorize, as most great things are. The throughline is Graham's beautiful lyrics and warm vocals, set sometimes in, sometimes against, powerful and deep grooves with uncommon intrumentation. And we all know great writing is rare - but here you'll find it.
Sugar Tree features Boston greats like Billy Conway (Morphine) on drums; Chris Rival (Deb Pasternak, Dennis Brennan) on various instruments including slide, clavinet and piano; Pacey Foster (Pineapple Ranch Hands) on turntables and harmonica; and Eric Paull (Clem Snide, Count Zero) on drums.
Like their first CD, It is Good, also produced by Chris Rival, Sugar Tree has received great praise - for the whole range of their sound, from the slightly bent rockers to the sweet, but not too sweet, groovy ballads.
"Immensely underrated...cool and commanding...an unusually rich blend of singer-songwriter rock..." - The Boston Globe
