Marillion ligger alltså bortanför min horisont, de kom för sent för att falla innanför mina musikramar.
Det finns så mycket annan musik att lyssna på, så den nya hårdrocken (?) har inte lockat mig.

Hårdrock för mig är Nazareth och Status Quo från 70-talet. Deep Purple för all del också, men jag tyckte de var för svåra på den tiden. Nu går det litet bättre

Just nu går denna genom Squeezeboxen

"Murder Ballads and Love Songs for Cello and Voice!" med Josiah Altschuler på cello och "voice"
Köpte den som FLAC på cdbaby.

De sorterar denna under Blues/Country Blues och det stämmer ganska bra, men blir ju inte så tydligt, eftersom han ersatt den akustiska gitarren med cello - som han spelar som en gitarr.

Det är ett härligt tryck i ljudet, eftersom cellon går betydligt djupare ner i frekvenserna, än gitarren gör...

Söker musik som kan kännas trösterik och testade Nautilus Pompilius - Krylya. Funkade inte så bra varför jag sägger på Hothouse Flowers - Songs From The Rain.

Hey, Marillion så/hörde jag på en livekonsert i stockholm sent 70 eller möjligen tidigt 80-tal. Har skivan Fugazi eller vad den nu heter. Tyckte då att dom var superbra. Ända tills vi var på en konsert med Supertramp.

Nu tycker jag att Red Sand är så förbaskat bra, men jag tyckte rösten och musiken påminde en del om Marillion. Fast låten (och skivan) är hur bra som helst.

Lessnade på alla radiokanelers skitmusik och tog med iPodden med lurar och lyssnade på Okean Elzi, Red SAnd, Doves, like King Crimson och lite Memories of Machines.
Ska erkänna att det var SÅ skönt att slippa Avicii, Rihanna med flera.
