Finally selling my ESL-63, full working order I'd say but no guarantees
- One bass panel per speaker refurbed
- One treble panel per speaker refurbed but not mounted
- A box with two green bass panels ready-packed for refurb
- Four brown panels as trade-in in above box
- Material for four dust covers
- Original, a bit battered boxes
The speakers have been modded, no metal grid, no dust covers, maybe some internal electronic mods also done, I have a least changed the elco on the input to 150 uF BP and a 47uF film cap. Five remaining panels have ugly blue glue from previous "refurb". After changing the additional panels, only two treble panels with blue glue will remain.
The speakers do NOT buzz, but no guarantee. Old bass panels might rattle if you play Massive Attack on high levels
At least they sound as god as my unmodded 988, maybe a bit more open.
The delivery will be made with 3 boxes and cost accordingly.
Looking for ¤600 euros ono. They are also on sale elsewhere (not yet ePay).
Maybe there are some members here that can vouch for me...dunno. Pics on request. |
