Har nyligen blivit av med min Sentec Diana (DAC)
Det är den kära uppgraderings-djävulen som slagit till

Min fråga till alla er HiFi-entusiaster är:
Vilken DAC skall man nu införskaffa sig
Min budget ligger på ca 10000-13000 SEK

Go nuts... OK då. Så här kör jag:

Dator - USB - Trends UD10 (för omvandling USB till vanlig digital) - DIY NOSDac (T.ex som McGyvers bygge)

För resten av budgeten köper man skivor.

Låter som en intressant/prisvärd lösning.

Jag har sneglat på en Benchmark DAC1, kan den va något?

LAVRY DA10 anses bättre än Benchmark i alla tester jag läst.
(Själv har jag Benchmark)

Benchmark DAC1 är en 5 år gammal konstruktion som mig veterligen inte uppgraderats. Men det är möjligt att man gjort något med den nya USB-varianten. Den har ju gått upp i pris en del och det kan väl inte bara vara USB-ingången?

Hifi & Musik och Bild & Ljud Hemma är två tidningar som testat omvandlarna och skrivit att Lavry är den bättre med lite varmare ljud och en aning bättre upplösning.

Jag kan rekommendera Apogee MiniDAC. En fördel är att den finns med USBinterface.
