Graham Tricker has been working with electronics (and specifically valves) for over thirty years. Graham's philosophy is simple: "In order to achieve the most pure, emotional and unadulterated sound possible, you have to do things properly." To achieve this, he only uses the very finest components for his purist circuit designs.
Each amplifier is hand-built by Graham himself.
His newest development is the Seven series. The Seven phono preamplifier, the first instrument in the series, is now available. The tube preamp is built using input transformers and with its 70dB amplification is capable of amplifying even very quiet MC cartridges almost noise-free.
The Seven's soundstaging is very airy, as one would expect from valves, with an incredible ability to resolve detail. The bass is contoured, tight and fast. This combination leads to perfect stereo imaging and an exquisitely gripping soundstage with wonderful timbre. We believe the Tron Seven Phono to be one of the best phono stages in the world. In addition, the Seven impresses with a very interesting price performance ratio, offering great value for money.
