På grund av att jag ska testa lite tung Kina-hifi så måste jag sälja dessa guldklimpar. Denna klassiska förstärkarkombo var bland det sista bra som Kenwood gjorde innan de tappade fotfästet totalt. Tillsammans får de sägas vara *mycket* prisvärda:)
Försteget L-1000C är mäktigt, tungt och respektingivande, "Jeff Rowland country" har en del hävdat, vilket inte förvånar när man öppnar och tittar. 2*XLR, 2*RCA, spelar tillsammans med slutsteget på ett strålande sätt. Nypriset var uppemot 9000:- i början på 90-talet. Pris: 2500:-
Slutsteget L-1000M väger in på 27 kilo, helt balanserad dual-mono konstruktion, spelar mjukt och fint med kontroll på basen, har balanserade och RCA-ingångar. 2 x 165 Watt i 8ohm, 2 x 235 Watt i 4ohm, 2 x 340 Watt i 2ohm. Nypris 16000:- Pris: 4000:- 3200:-
Så här säger en ägare till denna kombo:
"I have had many amps and cd-players of many different brands, like the Sony ES, Pioneer, Technics, Rotel, Accuphase, Krell, Onkyo, Yamaha M-50,65,70,80 and many more, swap them on each other, but I am sure that the combination I currently own is the best you can get, period.
I am playing the L-1000M on two Infinity Kappa speakers, which sound superb! A friend of mine has got a more recent Krell combination, an Arcam cd-player with an outboard converter and the same speakers, but he has to admit that it sounds not that good as my combination does - and he is not the only one of my hifi-friends who has admitted this!"
