Dylan Wickens Band Shuffle This
Blues, blues and more blues; tenor Sax and Guitar lines make up the meat of this grinding wickedness
NOTES Dylan Wickens Band first recording, 'Shuffle This', was recorded live off the floor to capture the raw live sound of the band. What the band chose to give up sonically is made up for in feel and spontaneity during the recording process. Wickens has been described as a young, Gatemouth Brown and, 'Jimmie Vaughan without the cool hair'. He and his coumterpart, Flip Townson on tenor saxophone, make up a formidable unit that plays the blues and touch on elements of swing and jazz in their approach to songs.
'Shuffle This' is now receiving airplay across Canada, in the U.S.A. and in Europe. Visit the band and get updates at their web site, www.dwproject.tv

Guitar Jack & No Slack Recorded Live at B.B. King
Guitar Jack & No Slack is one of the hottest live (blues) bands around and they prove this claim on this CD "Live at B.B. Kings."
When Guitar Jack plays the soulful sounds of his electric guitar, he leaves audiences around the world wanting more. His expressive guitar sounds produce melodies that can burn up any stage. Tremendously versatile in his style of playing, Guitar Jack is one of the hottest blues and R&B guitar players in recent years and is appealing to broader audiences.
Guitar Jack received his first guitar at the age of ten. After collecting almost three books of Top-Value Stamps from numerous trips to the supermarket, his mother had finally saved enough to trade them in for Jack's first guitar. Guitar Jack went from playing with classmates in his hometown Scranton, PA, to playing at the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame with Billy Preston. Still, Guitar Jack's playing has not stopped there...
