IMHO står för In My Humble Opinion och motsvarar på svenska förkortningen EMRM (enligt min ringa mening). Förkortningen används när man vill motsäga något i en diskussion på e-post, en sändlista, eller chatt. Ödmjukheten tjänar till att undvika flamewar. Ibland skriver man också på svenska "enligt min humla", vilket är en ordlek? med engelska ordet humble (som egentligen betyder ödmjuk
