Även då jag är en bakåtsträvare (vinyl och rör) så måste jag inse att min gamla Plasma TV från 2006 börjar bli omodern.

Efter en tur till elektronikbutiken fattade jag tycke för en 55" SONY FR8 OLED-tv i 4K (se länk)

Men kommer man kunna nyttja denna tv fullt ut med en 8 Mbit/s ADSL?

Tjena, 8 Mbit blir nog skakigt. Jag har själv en Panasonic VT30 som blev omodern efter ett år. Det är hopplöst att försöka "hänga med".

Kan du inte uppgradera ditt bredband?

Jag tror jag kan uppgradera till 30 eller 60 MBit/s ADSL. Jag har dock inga behov av dessa hastigheter innan dessa tv-tankar kom in i bilden.

Men vilken hastighet krävs för att nyttja denna tv fullt ut?

60 mbit bör du klara dig med. Jag hade 10 mbit men det funkade inte.

När jag valde att få TV via Telias bredband så "taggade" telia TVtraffiken så att den alltid åtminstone skulle få ca 15mbit.
